The company will want you to visit some specific store on a given day, in order for you to report back on issues depending on what they want to know from the mystery shopping experience. At the end, you might only be required to report back on, how the store looks, and whether the employees were helpful.

Of course, specific and detailed instructions might be asked of you. You might need to inquire about a specific policy or about the staff or about a specific statement of the store. It is ok to ask for specific instructions if you dont get them so dont hesitate to.

Keep in mind that every program includes different shops and restaurants. Time spent at each place will vary. But remember, you will be making money while you shop.
